Your first check is free without an account, and a free account gives you 3 a day. Paid plans raise that to a monthly allowance. Voice runs on its own plans — a TextSight text subscription does not include voice checks, and a voice plan does not include the text tools.

Audio is analysed on our own GPU servers — it never goes to a third-party model provider and it is never stored. For banks, KYC vendors and call centres that is usually the part that decides the deal.

Not sold self-serve. We agree scope on a call, then invoice annually — bank transfer or card. Volume above 100,000 checks, custom SLAs and on-prem are quoted individually.

Clip length is an upload limit. Each plan accepts files up to the length shown, but the detector currently scores the first 60 seconds of every clip, and each result says how much was analysed — trim long recordings to the passage you are unsure about. Voice and text are billed separately. Starter, Pro and Business are TextSight's text plans — they cover the AI text detector and writing tools, and they give you no voice checks. Echo, Amplify, Broadcast and Enterprise cover voice only. If you need both, you subscribe to both. Billing questions

Does my TextSight text plan include voice checks?
No. Voice detection runs on its own plans — Echo, Amplify, Broadcast and Enterprise. A Starter, Pro or Business text subscription does not change your voice allowance, and a voice plan does not include the text tools. If you need both, you subscribe to both.
What do I get without paying?
Your first audio check is free with no signup at all. Creating a free account raises that to three checks a day — about 90 a month, more than most tools give away free — and keeps your recent scan history, so you can come back to a recent result.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel from Billing in your voice account. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you have already paid for — you are not cut off mid-month.
Is there an API?
Yes, from Amplify up. It's a REST endpoint with your own API keys; Broadcast and Enterprise add higher rate limits and bulk. See the voice API documentation for request and response formats.
How do I buy Enterprise?
You don't buy it self-serve. Tell us your volume, typical clip length and where the audio comes from, and we'll agree scope on a call — then it's invoiced annually, by bank transfer or card. Enterprise starts at $599 a month ($5,028 a year); anything above 100,000 checks a month, a custom SLA or a private deployment is quoted individually. Get in touch.
How accurate is the detector?
No detector is perfect, and we don't publish a single accuracy percentage because it depends heavily on the audio. Our accuracy page explains what moves reliability up and down, and how to weigh a result before acting on it.
