Terms of Service — version archive

Section 12 of the Terms says past versions are archived. This is that archive. The version currently in force is the Terms of Service.

• Version 4.2 — current
  Effective October 18, 2026. Raised the affiliate first-year commission in section 4.6 from 35% to 40%. Read the current terms.
• Version 4.1
  Effective September 1, 2026 – October 18, 2026. Added section 4.6 covering the affiliate program. Read version 4.1.
• Version 4.0
  Effective May 1, 2026 – September 1, 2026. Read version 4.0.
