Business and Enterprise customers often process data on behalf of their own users and need additional assurances. This page summarises what we offer; it supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We offer a data processing agreement that sets out our roles, security, subprocessor, breach-notification, and deletion commitments. See our DPA page or email us to arrange a signed copy.
Our security measures — encryption in transit and at rest, authentication, access control, and monitoring — are described on our Security page.
The third-party providers we use are listed on our Subprocessors page. DPA customers can request advance notice of material changes.
Free scans are not stored; saved results and account data are deletable; on contract termination we return or delete the personal data we process on your behalf, subject to legal retention. See Data Retention.
Where data is transferred internationally via our subprocessors, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. See our GDPR notice.
