We keep your account data (email, profile, settings) for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal account data from our active systems. Residual copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups before they expire on our normal backup rotation.
Operational and security logs are kept for a limited period to run the service, investigate incidents, and prevent abuse, then rotated out. Product analytics is retained in aggregate to help us improve the service. You can limit analytics/marketing cookies via our cookie banner and Cookie Policy.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We retain the billing records (invoices, plan history) we need to run subscriptions and to meet tax and accounting obligations for the period required by law.
