How cancellations and refunds work for TextSight subscriptions. We aim to be fair and clear — if something went wrong with a charge, contact us.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. You keep access to paid features until that period ends.
Because you can cancel at any time to stop future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, we do not offer refunds for partial or unused periods. The only exception is a genuine billing error (see below). We recommend trying TextSight on the free plan before subscribing to make sure it fits your needs.
The free plan is free — there's nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time, and you can delete your account from your settings.
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged an incorrect amount, email us with the details and we'll investigate and correct it promptly. Payments are processed by Stripe; refunds are returned to your original payment method.
