Who this covers

This notice applies to California residents and supplements our main Privacy Policy, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.

• Internet/usage activity — how you interact with the service, via logs and analytics.
• Content you provide — text and files you submit to run a tool.

Sources: directly from you, automatically as you use the service, and from our service providers (e.g., payment and analytics).

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, process payments, respond to support requests, understand aggregate usage, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use the content you submit to train our models.

Email privacy@textsight.ai with your request, or manage and delete your data and account directly in your settings. For cookie-based opt-outs, use the "Decline" option in our cookie banner or your browser controls. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf.
