Everyone leaving BypassGPT faces the same fork. Road one: find another tool that does the same thing, because the job has not changed. Road two: stop rewriting for detectors and change what you do before the draft ever gets checked. Most "alternatives" lists blur these together. They are completely different decisions and only one of them is ours.

Some products in this space use soft language. BypassGPT does not, and that is worth crediting. Its own sitemap at www.bypassgpt.ai/sitemap.xml listed 645 URLs when we checked it on 16 August 2026 (last modified 11 August 2026), and the English product pages are named for the job:

The site is also published across 18 non-English language paths (ar, da, de, es, fr, id, it, ja, ko, nb, nl, pl, pt, ru, th, tr, tw, zh).
We could not verify BypassGPT's pricing. There is no pricing URL in their sitemap, and every automated request to their pages returned HTTP 403 on 16 August 2026. Open the site in a browser and check the plan yourself before paying. We are not going to reprint a number we could not read at the source.
When the job really is what the URLs say it is. If you need AI-generated text rewritten specifically so it reads as human, BypassGPT is built end to end for that, publishes tooling for it, and is not coy about it. TextSight does not do this. Not a cheaper version, not a lite version. We do not do it. Anyone telling you a detector replaces a humanizer is selling you the opposite of what you asked for.
When you want one vendor covering many rewrite shapes. Sentence, paragraph, article, essay and paraphrase each get their own page. If you switch between formats constantly, that granularity has value.
When you need non-English coverage. Eighteen localised language paths against our English-only detector is not a close call. If you are working outside English, we are the wrong choice on technical grounds, not preference.
When you want the how-to library. Whatever you think of the topic, an indexed guide set aimed at each named detector is a resource. We do not publish anything comparable and will not.
When you want programmatic access to rewriting. /api-overview and /api-document both exist. Our API is a detection API. Different endpoint, different purpose.
Road one: another tool in the same category. StealthWriter, Humbot, Phrasly and Walter Writes all compete here. If this is your road, the useful comparison points are price shape (per-day runs versus monthly word pools), per-request word ceilings, and refund terms, because refund policies in this category are often narrow. StealthWriter publishes plans openly on its homepage. Walter Writes documents its word pools and its refund window in a public help centre. Humbot and BypassGPT both blocked our checks. That difference in transparency is itself a reason to prefer one over another.
Road two: change the order of operations. Write the draft yourself or with AI assistance, check it, then fix the parts that read as generated by actually rewriting them for clarity. You end up with text you can explain sentence by sentence, which is the only version that survives a conversation with a supervisor, an editor or a client. This is slower. It is also the only road where the output is genuinely yours.

Blanks in the BypassGPT column mean we could not read the answer from their own site, not that the answer is no.
TextSight scores text with an English-only ensemble built on DeBERTa, RoBERTa and ELECTRA, and returns one of three readings: under 30 is "likely human-written", 30 to 69 is "mixed signals", 70 and above is "likely AI-generated". From Starter upward you also see which sentences are driving the score, which is the part that actually helps you edit.
The limitation we always state: the model has a known false-positive bias against writers who learned English as a second language. If you are an international student who has been flagged before, that is a real phenomenon and not your imagination. Use the sentence view, and treat the number as one input among several.

A student who was using BypassGPT before submitting coursework. We are not your replacement, and swapping vendors does not change your institution's policy. If you want to keep using a tool in this category, compare the four named above on price and refund terms. If you want to stop, check your own draft, look at the flagged sentences, and rewrite those in your own words.
A non-native English speaker who keeps getting flagged unfairly. Read our bias caveat carefully. A detector that is biased against you is not a fair arbiter, but seeing which sentences score can still tell you which constructions trigger it.
