StealthBypass alternatives, and the question worth asking first

StealthBypass takes text a detector flagged and rewrites it until the detector stops flagging it. If you are looking for a replacement, the useful first question is not which vendor is cheaper. It is whether you want another rewriter at all, or whether you want the measurement instead. Those solve opposite problems.

What StealthBypass sells

Verified on stealthbypass.app on 16 August 2026.

The homepage headline is "Rewrite AI Text That Still Sounds Like You", supported by "Beat every AI detector. Keep your voice" and a promise to "watch it flip from flagged to 100% human in seconds". Six detectors are named as targets: GPTZero, Turnitin, Originality.ai, Copyleaks, ZeroGPT and Sapling. The site also publishes head to head comparison pages against StealthWriter and Undetectable AI.

Technically this is a properly built product rather than a landing page with a form on it. It runs on Vercel with a Supabase backend, Stripe checkout, Mixpanel event tracking, geographic currency detection and at least one live A/B experiment (the server set an experiment cookie on our first request). None of that says the rewriting is good. It does say somebody is maintaining real software.

Pricing, read from its own live API

StealthBypass's pricing page is rendered in the browser from an API on its own domain. We called that API directly on 16 August 2026 and it returned prices in five currencies. The USD figures below are exactly what it served.

PlanMonthlyAnnualWords per runRuns per monthWords per month
Free$0$030090, capped at 3 per day2,500
Lite$4.99$39.991,000155,000
Pro$9.99$83.991,2005010,000
Max$19.99$179.992,00012020,000

The plan caps come from the site's own shipped configuration, which is what the running application enforces. The prices come from its live pricing endpoint. Both were captured in the same session.

Two one off credit packs also exist, defined in the same configuration with their own display names and copy:

PackPriceCreditsWords per runExpiry
Quick Pass$1.995800None
Deadline Pack$12.99201,20060 days

Prices in EUR, GBP, AUD and CAD are served by the same endpoint. Our request was resolved to India and returned USD as the currency, so the local pricing logic is live and does route by country.

The free tier requires an account

The homepage advertises 3 free runs a day, 2,500 words a month, 300 words per run and no credit card required. That is accurate about the card. It is worth knowing that it is not anonymous: when we posted text to the rewriting endpoint without a session, it returned HTTP 401 with "Create a free account to humanize text". You will be signing up before you can evaluate anything.

Because that gate exists, we did not run a rewrite and make no claim about how well StealthBypass rewrites. Everything above is drawn from its published pages, its shipped configuration and its own pricing endpoint.

What the site does not have

Three gaps are worth flagging, all observable and none of them accusations.

No named operating company. We read the terms of service, the privacy policy and the disclaimer, all dated 28 April 2026. They refer only to "StealthBypass". No legal entity, no country of incorporation, no registered address and no named individual appears. That is a real consideration if you plan to pay annually.

Support links that do not resolve. The footer advertises a Help Center, Contact Us, Status and Community. All four return 404, as do the cookie policy link and /about. Contact appears to be available only from inside a signed in account. A footer promising four support surfaces that do not exist is a fact you should weigh before committing to a $179.99 annual plan.

A third party host permitted in its security policy. The site's content security policy allows the page to make network requests to aiundetect.com and to api.openai.com alongside its own services. We searched the JavaScript actually delivered to the browser and did not find a call to aiundetect.com in it, so we can only report that the permission is declared, not that the request is made. aiundetect.com resolves and returns a page. We are recording the header contents and nothing more, and no conclusion about ownership or shared infrastructure should be read into it.

Against those gaps, one point in StealthBypass's favour deserves recording. Its privacy policy is unusually specific about data. It states plainly that original text, transformed text, model details, token counts, detector scores and session attribution may be stored; that raw text is purged after 30 days by default; that raw text retention can be switched off in account settings, after which only hashes and metadata are kept; and that account deletion removes transformations, usage logs, sessions and events. Most tools in this category are far vaguer than that.

Where StealthBypass is still the better choice

If your objective is text that stops getting flagged, StealthBypass is built for that and TextSight is not. Do not move to us expecting it.

Stay put, or choose another rewriter, if:

  • The rewriting is the point. TextSight's rewriter is built for clarity and meaning preservation. It is not tuned against detectors and does not behave as though it were.
  • You want to pay once rather than subscribe. Quick Pass at $1.99 and Deadline Pack at $12.99 are genuine one off purchases. TextSight is subscription only.
  • Long single passages matter. Max allows 2,000 words in a single run.
  • You want retention controls on your text. Their published ability to disable raw text retention is a specific, documented control, and it is more than most competitors offer.
  • You want the score moved, not explained. That is what they sell. It is not what we sell.

What TextSight does instead

TextSight is a detector. The box at the top of this page is the production one, the same engine paying customers use, and it will tell you what a detector sees rather than change it.

You get a score from 0 to 100 in three bands: under 30 is likely human written, 30 to 69 is mixed signals, 70 and above is likely AI generated. Minimum input is 25 words.

Anonymous use is 3 checks a day, pooled across the AI Detector and the Document Detector, with a 1,000 word cap. A free account, which costs nothing, gives 60 checks a day at 5,000 words and saves every scan to Scan History. That history is available to free accounts, not just paid ones. Starter allows 200 checks a day, and Pro and above are unlimited.

The engine is an English only ensemble of DeBERTa, RoBERTa and ELECTRA. It has a known false positive bias against writers who learned English as a second language. We publish that in the product because a detector score is often used against somebody, and the person on the receiving end deserves to know where the model is weakest.

Paid tiers add sentence level analysis and PDF export from Starter, plus file upload, URL scanning and bulk scanning, then a Chrome extension and REST API from Pro, and teams with branded reports from Business.

Prices are Starter $9.99 a month, Pro $19.99, Business $39.99, Enterprise $79.99. Annual billing is 25 percent cheaper: $7.49, $14.99, $29.99 and $59.99.

StealthBypass alternatives, and the question worth asking first alternatives, frequently asked.

Is StealthBypass a live product?
Yes. As of 16 August 2026 the site loads, its pricing API returns live multi currency prices, its rewriting endpoint responds with a proper authentication error rather than failing, and its legal pages are dated April 2026.
Can I try StealthBypass without signing up?
No. Its rewriting endpoint returns "Create a free account to humanize text" to unauthenticated requests. No card is required, but an account is.
Does TextSight do anything to help text pass a detector?
No. Our rewriter improves clarity. If you need to defeat detection, a humanizer is the right category and TextSight is not one.
Is a high TextSight score proof that something was AI written?
No. It is a probability estimate from a statistical model. It cannot establish authorship, and it flags second language English writers more often than native speakers.
Do you offer refunds?
No. We would rather state that here than have you discover it at the wrong moment.
