SEO.AI does have an AI content detector, free and with no login, in 50 plus languages. It sits alongside a paid product that is something else entirely: an SEO agent that writes, publishes, builds links and runs ads from $149 per month. Which of those you use decides your alternative.

| Item | What the page states |
|---|---|
| Page title | "Free AI Content Detector → Super Fast, No Login Required" |
| Account | None required |
| Scoring | "A score of 1% indicates human-made content, while a score nearing 100% suggests a high probability of being AI-generated" |
| Models | "four advanced AI-detection models powered by cutting-edge algorithms" |
| Claimed accuracy | "98.4% accuracy rate" |
| Languages | "over 50 languages", listed individually from Arabic and Bengali through to Vietnamese |
| Input limit | Not published |
| Where it sits | Listed under "Free Tools (Popular)" alongside the paraphrasing tool, title generator and topic cluster tool |
The 98.4 percent figure is the vendor's claim and appears without a linked methodology, so we report it and make no comparison against it.
Worth crediting: their own FAQ on that page is unusually candid. It states that "AI detectors aren't highly accurate because advanced LLMs produce content that's nearly indistinguishable from human writing", and it answers "Can AI detection be wrong?" with a plain yes and an explanation of false positives. Most vendors in this category do not say that on the same page as an accuracy number.
If you are weighing SEO.AI as a purchase rather than as a free tool, understand what you would be buying. From its pricing page on 16 August 2026:
The company is SEO.AI, Diplomvej 381, 2800 Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, VAT ID DK43096990.
That is a content operations product. Nothing in this article replaces it, and if you are paying $149 a month for published articles and link building, a detector is not the thing you are shopping for.
A detector maintained by a company whose paid product generates and publishes content is a side tool. It lives on a free tools page next to a rank checker and a title generator. That is an observation about where engineering time goes, not a claim about quality.
The practical consequences are ordinary ones. Free tools tend not to publish input limits, do not keep a history of what you checked, and rarely produce anything you can hand to a client or an editor. If you check one paragraph occasionally, none of that matters. If checking is part of your weekly process, it starts to.
Your content is not in English. This is the decisive one. SEO.AI lists over 50 languages by name. Our detector is English only and should not be pointed at anything else. If you publish in Spanish, German, Hindi or Japanese, we are not a candidate and there is no point pretending otherwise.
You want zero friction and zero cost. No login, no card, no quota published. For an occasional sanity check on a draft, that is a fair deal and nothing beats free.
You want the surrounding SEO tools. Keyword research, search volume, rank checking, internal linking, keyword cannibalisation and topic clusters are all free on the same site. If you are already there for those, adding a second login for detection may not be worth it.
You are buying the agent. If the actual goal is getting articles researched, written and published on a schedule, that is what the paid product does and it is a different category from anything here.
Move only if two or three of these describe you:
If none of those apply, stay where you are. That is a genuine recommendation, not a rhetorical move.
TextSight is a detection tool only. It does no keyword research, writes nothing, publishes nothing, builds no links and runs no ads.
What it provides:
The constraint, stated once and plainly: our detector is an English only ensemble of DeBERTa, RoBERTa and ELECTRA, with a known false positive bias against writers who learned English as a second language. If your team writes in English as a second language, or you publish in other languages at all, weigh that heavily. On this specific point SEO.AI's multilingual coverage addresses a case ours does not.
